We are the only company in Monaco, which provides 24 hours - 7 days a week – 365 days support by a qualified and certified technician.  We can respond in less than 1 hour to be on site or through remote assistance.

The Grimaldi Forum, the booking system for the Philharmonic Orchestra of Monte-Carlo, of the Printemps des Arts, of the Opera, the ballets of Monte-Carlo or the Princess Grace theatre use this support service, knowing that any problem will be attended to within the hour.

Other characteristic of our system: a redundancy of telecommunication systems allows us to be reached at any time and on three different networks.

 

 

Example...

We received a call of the Grimaldi Forum a Saturday at 19h15 for a network problem (the Philharmonic Orchestra was playing at 20h30).


We arrived at 19h30 and at 19h45 a solution was found which made it possible for the event to take place.

This intervention, needing the replacement of a server would not have been possible by remote access; only an on site solution could solve the problem.
